Sponsorship Information

We tell true, human stories of historical women who decided to live as themselves—often later than expected, sometimes against the grain. Listeners come for the narrative, stay for the honesty, and—quietly—change things in their own lives.

What we say “yes” to

We only partner with sponsors whose products or services we personally use (not “tried once,” but folded into real life). That rule keeps trust intact. It also means we accept fewer sponsors than most shows. The upside for you: when we talk about you, we mean it.

Editorial independence (non-negotiables)

We’re friendly, but we guard the show’s voice. To avoid any awkward back-and-forth, here’s the clear line:

  • No editorial control—of any kind.
No script approval, no “suggested edits,” no topic vetoes, no choosing the podcast woman or topic, no guest influence, no placement demands, no “soft guidance.” If a deal includes even minor control or direction, please do not contact us about sponsorship.
  • Host-read only, in our words.
You can share accurate facts and must-have disclaimers. We write the ad, so it sounds like us and stays honest.
  • No claims we can’t substantiate.
If we can’t stand behind it, we won’t say it.
  • No tracking pixels or audience data sharing.
We’ll use standard links and unique codes; we don’t pass listener data.

This keeps the show clean and keeps your message credible.

Audience at a glance

Thoughtful, change-ready women across a wide age range—many post-divorce, post-career shift, or post-“people-pleasing.”

Sponsorship formats

All placements are host-read and recorded fresh:

  • Pre-roll (30–45s): quick context and one key benefit
  • Mid-roll (60–90s): short personal story, one or two highlights, clear call to action
  • Post-roll (20–30s): reminder and link/code
  • Newsletter add-on: a short section in the Reinvention Letter featuring the same message (optional bundle)

We keep reads conversational and direct. If we haven’t used your product yet, we’ll need time to do that before we record.

Proof and performance

We use unique URLs and/or codes. Expect a short wrap-up with basics: delivery dates, placements, and high-level performance notes. Longer experiments (e.g., multi-episode arcs) may show steadier results; single episodes can still work, but we won’t overpromise.

How to pitch us (what to send)

Email a concise note through our contact form:

  1. What you sell and why it helps our listeners right now
  2. Link to the product/service (+ pricing)
  3. Confirmation that you accept our editorial policy (above)
  4. Any mandatory legal copy (if applicable)
  5. A sample or trial (so we can actually use it)

If a mass PR blast or template is all you’ve got, we will likely pass. A tight, honest pitch has a better chance.

What we pass on

To save you time, here’s the short list:

  • Any deal requiring pre-approval, talking-point control, guest/topic input, or “review rights”
  • Health or financial products that lean on hype or fine print
  • “Affiliate-only” arrangements for initial placements
  • Anything we wouldn’t recommend to a close friend

Rates and availability

Rates vary by placement and bundle. If we think we’re a strong fit, we’ll send current options and first open recording dates. We try to keep this simple and fast.

Friendly note to brand reps

We respect your deadlines and you respect our voice—great partnerships grow from that. If you need control we’re not your show (and that’s okay). If you want a genuine recommendation from a trusted host, we might be perfect together.
